With the ESSVE Hidden Decking System (HDS), you can build a deck without any visible screw heads. It looks great, is easy to install, and minimizes splinters!

HDS consists of screws, special bits, and a mounting tool. The screws are fastened diagonally into the side of the board with the help of the tool, becoming completely concealed, giving a luxurious finish without visible screw heads.

The updated tool features a new modern design that is more ergonomic than its predecessor, as it allows you to take advantage of the weight from your standing position when installing the decking. The bits are now stored in a holder on the tool—so you always know where they are! If you are looking for the tool in-store, you will now find it in a green ESSBOX, just like our screws.

Use the supplied spacers to ensure that it will be gaps between the decking boards. The assembly tool is used for decking boards with a width between 105-155mm.

Always follow the timber supplier's installation instructions in terms of regular distance and distance between each plank board, this is to optimize the lifespan of your patio.

1. Set the installation tool according to the timber width by lifting the gray locking button.
2. Place the installation tool on the decking board above the joist and clamp the tool.
3. Place one HDS screw in each mounting hole. Use the spacers for the correct distance between the boards.
4. Screw in the Essve HDS screw using the red marked specially adapted TX15x100mm bit set. Always start with the outermost screw.
