The steel brush series RBT shall be used for cleaning drill holes before injection of chemical anchor. The brushes are easy and quick to cleaning with, thanks to the SDS Plus – adapter that is sold separately. They are also extendable so that deep holes can be cleaned.

Chemical anchors work through adhesion to the surrounding material, therefore it is very important to always follow the chemical anchor’s installation instructions with regards to brush-cleaning and dust blowing to remove all loose dust and debris, that otherwise risk impairing the anchors load capacity and safety.

For approved installation according to CE-marking of chemical anchors ESSVE ONE and ESSVE ECM it is presumed that RB-brushes are used for hole cleaning to obtain the declared load capacity and safety factor in the respective ETA's.

The number after RB indicate which dimensions the drill hole has, for a Ø14 mm drill hole steel brush RBT14 shall be used.
